This compact bleaching powder is ideal for highlights, streaks, and lightening up to 8 levels while keeping hair hydrated and intact. Its carefully designed formula ensures a smooth, uniform mixture without releasing powder into the air. The Ultramarine Blue Pigment minimizes the appearance of warm tones in the final result.
How to Use:
Recommended for use with Versum Easy Oxy in 5, 10, 20, or 30 volumes, using a 1:2 dilution ratio.
Active Ingredients:
