At KCARE BEAUTY LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 Days from the time it was received to return it by following the steps below. Please note that KCARE BEAUTY LLC will not accept returns or produce refunds for items that have been kept for longer than 7 days after they have been received. Items purchased from kcarebeauty.com must be returned to kcarebeauty.com.
How to return a product:
- On the packing slip that accompanied your order, circle each item you wish to return.
- Enclose the packing slip with item(s) circled, along with the product(s) you are returning, in their original packaging.
- We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.
- Refund will be made after we received the products, to the same credit card used in the order.
- Refunds on shipping are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.
- If items are received damaged, defective, or there is any item missing from your order, you must immediately claim these damages or missing items within 5 days of receiving your order. If damaged, defective, or missing items are not claimed within the given period, KCARE BEAUTY LLC will not be responsible for refunding or replacing these items.
We cannot process any refund or exchange if the products were bought in any website other than www.kcarebeauty.com.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may exchange or return it within 7 days from when you receive your order with your original receipt. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.
